There are lots of opportunities to serve with GiftMart. From cashiers to giftwrappers to set-up to event facilitators. Here you'll find areas where you can sign up and make a difference this Christmas Season.

Giftmart is one of our favorite outreach events. Helping families have a positive Christmas experience where we can give a hand up...not a hand out. It requires many helping hands and with Covid we are taking extra care in making it AWESOME!!! Giftmart...making toys do more!

Friday Set-Up Team

Team will be responsible for setting up &
staffing gift-wrap areas in the building. This
team wraps all gifts and has community
members fill out gift tags to place on gifts.

Saturday Event

Facilitator

Team will be responsible for administering,
staffing and restocking the Giftmart area.

Cashier/GiftWrap Team

Team will be responsible for setting up &
staffing gift-wrap areas in the building. This
team wraps all gifts and has community
members fill out gift tags to place on gifts.

Hospitality Team

Team will be responsible for procuring
donations for food. The team will
deliver food and drinks to volunteers and
community during event.

Community Flow Team

Team manages flow of the event
throughout the building, parking lot,
security, Community entrance and exit,
checking in volunteers and shoppers.

Kids Team*

Team will be responsible for managing all
kids rooms in the building.

*Background Check required for all child related ministry

PR Team

This team will be responsible for finding
sponsors for the event, additional collection
sites, toy acquisition, photograph the event,
collection and storage of toys.
